Has he blocked all his cookies?
I blocked all mine with the same result.
If he is using Internet explorer he should go to;
Tool, internet options, privacy.
Then, near the bottom, click edit and allow cookies for HoP.
It worked for me, maybe for him too.

I should have said that I am not expert, I have only had a pooter for a few months, but, because of that I keep doing stuff, like getting myself locked out of sites etc. and having to figure out whats wrong.
So, maybe I'm wrong, and if any one clever says something different then they are most surely right and I m wrong.

Just talked to Patrick. The Cookie thing didn't work.

Any other suggestions?

I banned him wink

Just kidding....

I'm certainly no techno wizard and can't really offer any other suggestions than the cookie thing, but if he's desperate to get into HOP before MALCOLM!! or DOM!! sort it out, I recommend he creates a new user profile. In the meantime, I'll have a look at his profile and see if I can do anything.

Sorry the cookie thing didn't work, other than that I've not got a clue.
You'll need someone cleverer than me.
Sorry

Something similar happened to me yesterday. I had to delete cookies, cache, everything and it finally let me in smile

Glad you got back!

Patrick's problem wasn't cookies (for once!) and was actually nothing to do with HoP. Hurrah! His ISP doesn't resolve homeofpoi.com so had to bodge fix that.
