Well, seeing as we are starting to take over the

"Offical HOP "I just learnt a new move" thread", I thought we should contain this bit just to jugglerisng and the throwing and dropping of balls, clubs, rings and other miscellaneous juggling props.

Today I mothered learning 441.

I had a few throws of 531 but only 1 catch. I think my 5 is too high.

Note for the mods: I DEMAND on behalf of the jugglers on this site, as has been done with the aforementioned "Poi moves thread", that this one is made a sticky thread.

Otherwise its just favouritism really....

Managed 531 for two cycles with clubs.

Managed a 3 club shower, with doubles.

26 catches of 4 club doubles.

Attempted 5 clubs, just for fun. Managed 1 catch again! w00t.

... and I learnt a new multiplex with clubs, but I can only do it as a start at the moment.

my 3 in one hand (forgotten the ss) is getting lots better, only about 10 catches but thats a ten fold improvement from my previous 1 catch maximum!

I had to give a presentation today on anything, my partner and i chose juggling, easy visual aids! I had to do a flash, a cascade, mills and rubensteins, doing that in front of 20 people.... shows how much more practice i need for rubensteins smile but it was good and everyone loved it! hurrah! biggrin

Hi beth, ss for three in one hand is just 60, or 06, i love the use of the words "only" and "but", three in one hand is a seriously hard trick, 10 catches of it is more than enough to make me go wow (i haven't counted how many catches i can do it for but i wouldn't be suprised if its about the same) Its great practive for juggling though, even if your not tempted to go chasing after 6 balls.

If you manage to get it going in both hands and you've already got the box why not have a wack at ~*x*~this~*x*~ its got a bit of a mouthful bracketsy siteswap name, but essentially its just the box into three in one hand back into the box. You might also like the look of ~*x*~this~*x*~ which is 8040, which is great as a trick on its own, and for getting your head round all the really tricky 5 ball stuff, not that i can do any tricky 5 ball stuff, but i'm sure it'll help:-)

Good luck with rubensteins revenge, it takes a while to make it stop feeling like its miliseconds away from exploding, once you get it down it feels really nice, its a great pattern for dancing with ubbrollsmile

have fun juggling
