Posted: I use an eye bolt. This allows me to have some sort of loop to connect a quick link to.

Posted: I guess it really depends on how many feet and how thick the kevlar is... Fold up your cube and take it to the hardware store, then hold it up to the eye bolts to see which one is the right length. I use 1/4" diameter (oops, not sure what metric that is?). It's easier to push~twist through the cube after making a hole through it with an awl.
