Today has been a yayness day. Its all been very small simple yaynesses but yayness none the less.

I woke up and one of my favourite tunes was on the radio.(You and me song - The wannadies......its pure pop and grin worthy)

My Cat actually made it outside and took a walk about (no mean feet for her)

My niece that has Glandular fever also got up and went out for a walk (something she hasn't done a lot of lately and no it wasn't with my cat)

I managed to find some long enough socks to make sock poi with and used them to work out how to do a 5 beat weave (yes I know most of you can do this with ease but today was my first attempt an even though rain stopped play I think I've got it! WooooooHoooooooo!!!)

My other niece, the poi-ing one, decided she was going to make a dictionary of sayings, recording all the stupid stuff I say whilst spinning. Todays addition was " I need to have my legs removed and some hover ability added so I can spin without bashing them all the time."

My neighbour's kids had a race around the block and I had to giggle when they came back because they were out of breath and arguing about one cheating. It had something to do with tripping the other up and laces.

I just had Stir fried veggies, herbs and seeds with brown rice and it was yummy!

Simple pleasures that all add up to a yayness day.
