Just been out with my tennis ball poi, span until I started getting short of breath. Kept going, felt something inside pushing up and lifting. Let the momentum carry it up and out and then - YAY! I was spinning 'em behind my back!
Something similar happened spinning staff at Beltaine.

Ours is tomorrow, too. It's not a religious celebration for me, but it's still a wonderful excuse for a celebration (I celebrate Christmas, too...)

solstice is gonna be great this year. drum circle and fire spinning all night long. mebbe break out my decks for a while. cant wait for that energy to be flowing through me. ahhhh.
