The 19th was results day for A-level sudents in the UK and a mate of mine threw a party after. I did some fire poi and it went down really well. It was the first time I'd done fire in the dark and the first time I'd done it infront of that many people. I couldn't have done this without the help from Custom Bug and Rosco Bosco (I'm not sure of the spelling but you guys know who you are) For me it was an extra high on an otherswise awesome day, thanks guys - You're utter dudes. biggrin

Give me a lever long enough and a place to stand and I can beat the world into submission.

And while we're on the subject of Results:

CONGRATULATIONS to everyone who's done well in their exams! bounce

Those who haven't done quite as well as they'd have liked - its not the end of the world, there's a whole world out there, getting perfect exam results isn't the be all and end all of life!

I didnt do a-levels, I did a BTEC National diploma in art and design specialising in 3D crafts, and got my results in June!

I got MMM, all merits, which is the equivalant of 3 B's at a-level.

Got an un-conditional place a couple of weeks back at Westminster University to do a degree in Ceramics.

They only take 15 people for the course, needless to say I was pretty chuffed biggrin

Well done to everybody else! hug

got my AS results, A in Eng Lit, B in Drama, B in Geography and C in music - i love music too much to be happy with a C, especially cause i know i can do better (even though music is damn hard!) so it's all about bumping that up to a B or better if poss for next year. other than that i am happy though cause i'm on for my target for the uni i want to go to! biggrin it's getting near that time to start applying!

Well done to everyone else! i hope your results night rocked as much as mine!
