on a turn the poi is supposed to change swining direction right? (like forwardss to back or reverese)

the poi in my left hand reffuses to change when i'm using both poi, it keeps going forward or it keeps going backwards, regardless of what i do, this happens in both high and low turns, any tips x.x?

practice truning spinning only the left hand poi.

turning to your left (anticlockwise) by pivoting on your left foot will make it a little easier for that hand to cope with the direction change too but don't use that fact to get lazy like i did!

The poi changes direction via a figure eight motion. Practice some figure eights with just your left hand forwards and backwards. When you do your turn focus on your left hand and think "figure eight"

Hope that helps, get someone to watch you they might help too. biggrin
