Simple.
One person suggests 5 things for the next person to name eg. 5 types of jam,
the next responds with the answer and follows with the next suggestion.
So...

1. pineapple juice
2. various salts dissolved in boiling water and then inhaled as the steam rises into your face
3. shutting up for a few hours, possibly with the help of some stickjaw style toffee
4. If you live with a mad scientist, a throat transplant.
5. Softly singing scales and keeping the neck warm.

1. With a net.
