Hah! I'd have to go on a hunt to find them here in the States...especially in Houston, I bet.

Now...which is it that you bite the end off and slurp your tea through? The first time I saw that....it was a travel show and the host was in Oz. I thought it was the coolest thing! Next time I heard it mentioned was on the Graham Norton show.

I've yet to try it.

You can do it with any biscuit covered in chocolate. Tim tams, penguins, chocolate covered shortbread (quickly! They fall apart!), kitkats.........

Also any hollow chocolate bar, Cadbury's 'spira' is gorgeous with coffee, if you like melty chocolate... it melts on the inside.

Yuuummmmmmmm!

The caramel one is superior to the double chocolate, though you seem to get a slightly thicker layer of chocolate on the latter.

In the interests of science I spent last night comparing the timtam to the penguin; the filling is pretty much the same though the timtam biscuit is lighter and you get much more chocolate on top, though, dare I say it, the chocolate on the penguin is better quality as Australian chocolate in general has various waxes in it to stop it melting so easily and this affects the texture. Timtam is the winner though the penguin would be a good short-term fix.

Anyone else got a fetish for those caramel covered digestives?

I'm drooling.

There is a slight possibility that I am not actually right all of the time.

bought LARGE pack of cheap choccie digestives (no tim tams at co-op). they are smaller the the McV's, and the digestive part isnt so wholesome, i feel
but theyre Damn tasty!
