hi there,
hey, is there anyone on HOP who is currently or shortly will be living in holland? just moved back home and i havent found the spinning community yet
spinning on my own is fun, but, ya know, i gotsta find some, umm, colleagues (?).. identify yourselves! im lonely

oke well just for a little thingy. ananomotos and i where going for a quick spin.. moved to sunday the 20th of november.. so if anyone else wants to come this sunday to the spuiplein in the ague you are all welcome..
the more poeple the better time we will all have 
.. around 1900 we will be there so come if you want, i know it is bit late for this but one can hope..

I am back in Holland and I am happy to read all that you have done in Amsterdam and Utrecht.
Regarding the English mans letter,
Fire Poi are not allowed by Law on the aircraft however most fire-twirlers that i have met do fly with their gear.
1)clean your gear (there are many ways to do so one of them is to use white spirit to wash away the kerosine smell and then wait and let the white spirit evaporate a couple of days and after wash the remains with water, if you dont have patience then just leave your gear out side and clean it with only water)
2) cover it well with plastic bags for the smell and stick it in your bag
3)make sure you send it with your luggage and not to take it as hand luggage.
4)hope for the best expect the worse.....
I have been lucky so far flying with my staff's and poi from Australia to NZ, US, EU, Israel and back to EU......
if anyone asks what is it, you just tell the truth, its your juggling tools.
Now that i am back in Holland I will try to follow this thread so i can finaly the dutch crew and spin together.

haven't been around for some time...
was wondering if the denbosch/nijmegen meet ever happened...
cause I've got an idea for it... the 16th of december there's a 'make the biggest alive christmas star ever seen' thingiein den bosch. (on an old fortress, which is star-shaped)
they are seeking volunteers to come put a lightin the sky... andI was wondering if it would be nice to make it some moving fire...

Not that it should matter that you cant read it,.. You'll want to come anyway :-) The Dutch site is actually also still under construction (so next time you check be sure to flush your browser cache).
For those that have already put their reservation down (about 10 people so far): I want to send reservation confirmation emails once a week. Your confirmation will be send after I make the last (major) adjustments to the site so that I can tell you in the mail to revisit the website.
