What's a sarnie? Being from the states, I've never heard that term before. Sounds like it might be gross though.

He's being a bad monkey! That's the evil monkey from the cartoon "Family Guy". He basically just sits and points at Chris Griffin with a menacing look on his face. It's quite hilarious to see.

So, I'm now looking forward to grabbing a meatball sarnie with melted mozzarella at lunch. I feel so European saying that! :o)

Mmmmmm, bacon....

The one food on this planet that goes well with any sandwich. I was discussing with a friend what our ideal last meal would be if we had to choose one and we both agreed that a huge plate of bacon would definitely be a requirement.

I have different favourites depending on what I'm doing...

*cheese and jam- after coming in from mountainbiking.
*sausage and bacon butties (warm)- for standing around on the river bank, before/ after canoeing.
*cheese- if there's tomato soup to dip them in. (usually for lunch on the river in the winter)
*grated cheese, with onion and mayo- for the rest of the time.

Mmmmm.... sarnies are grrrrrrrrrrreat! biggrin

For lunch, I'm known to have mayo, honey mustard, and sweet relish with turkey deli meat and some type of cheese on toasted bread.

Grilled cheese sandwhiches are great with tomoato soup

peanut butter and jam is always welcome

Oh and I do Not like Swiss Cheese. Sorry.
