ha! my job is hardly employment. don't you have to be paid to be employed? it's called cheap labor.

I write on till rolls too, I planned my dissertation on one biggrin

granted this isn't an office based time filler... sundays in an outdoors shop were also pretty boring though, we spent time constructing things out of rollmats, and firing those tag things across the shop....

And whilst upstairs in the stock room i try and get a little snooze in. Doesn't work well... The damn intercom keeps on buzzing.

Today has been VERY boring for me today.
i have had about two phone calls to fix things... and the rest of the time Ive been looking up parts for the new server I have to build biggrin
Then I have to tell my boss that he has to spend about £2000 on parts ubblove
And I get to put them all together!
I managed to buy a book today for £4 in total (inc P&P from the US! eek ) today about Windows Small Business Server 2003 edition..

Sorry.. I'll stop talking crap and get to the point.

If you are in the UK, the Channel 4 has an excellent way of spending time at work, watching many of their programmes, totally for free. You have to install the program (its only small) and then it plays it through a windows media player window (not WMP itself).
You can also download programmes that you want to watch, them watch them later on.

Im particularly enjoying "Fonejacker" biggrin
Other cool stuff is "The IT Crowd" ubblove

There's loads of stuff to watch... so dive in. biggrin

I have the entertaining job of making or breaking people's modeling dreams via phonecall. I get played essentially to play "Hot or Not."

When I run out of numbers, I tidy up the office or else lurk on various boards or feed my CNN addiction. I try to always look busy, y'know. Nine hour work days suck though.

I usually play pranks on my fellow coligues. ha ha one day one of them was sleeping on a chair in the lab. I crept up to him slowly and skooshed water up his nose. He did not take it very well but everyone else was in stitches. ha ha he is a chump anyway. ubbloco
