I was considering taking up yoga. Because of my size (not that i'm Mr Universe, but i have quite broad shoulders) i find it very tricky bending enough to do, say, the behind the back weave. (curse you Brad) and someone suggested Yoga as a way of increasing flexibility. Has anyone tried it? Does it work? Is there anyone coming to Falmouth II who can teach me? Is it annoying when I put so many questions in a post? Do i care?

Ping.
