at least someone has a new house frown

we've had 1 person come to look at ours in the whole 4 weeks its been on the market. even with advertising on HoP!

I move out of my house of 3 years in under 5 hours. I really like it here for many reasons and have lots of good memories, but i've shared it with 4 others and the hope is that my next place (via a month of 2 at my parents) will be all to myself. Of course, it won't be nearly as good as what 5 of us could afford together, infact, it'll probably be a dump, but it'll be all mine smile
