Posted:Looks kinda wierd. Looks like its pretty solid too, how would you fix it on a string? Also, it says it vibrates (or did i read that wrong?) which could be wierd for swinging.

Don't think you could use it as poi - ne means to attach it really and it's really hard (like, Beamer-hard)

It's a fun training aid though smile

I may well have chipped the pointy part of my right elbow thanks to beamer poi. I was spinning them at Flipside, and got distracted and WHAM.

Tears came to my eyes...literally...and the people watching all winced, and exclaimed in unison, "Oh that had to hurt."

Nearly a month later, that part of my elbow finally doesn't hurt to touch, but it's still sensitive...

I have one of those things, use it for strengthening my arm after a wrist injusy, don't think it would work as a light up poi, though I have often wondered!

(very rare these, so hang on to it!)

What if you were to put two of them inside two of thse washing tablet bags, then attach them to a piece of string, or similar?

Would that work?

These things will never spin fast enough to actually light up though! you need to get the gyroscopre inside going at about 750rpm to keep them lit!
