how long do you practice a day?

I practice from 1 hour to 4 hours a day.

It depends, Fire breathing I only do once a week, my troop meets every sat. But I'll work on my atomizing in the shower. I have a staff here at my apt that I'll use on a regular basis.

just tried a head stand and then roll as inspired by [Old link] . Finally got it, but my back is now killing me. I'm giving practising a rest...

The existance of flamethrowers says that someone, somewhere, at sometime said "I need to set that thing on fire, but it's too far away."
