Posted: Hey all
Just wondered if anyone can reccomend some good tribal drumming music for a show.
Either a band or CD, or perhaps just a good track, preferably about 10 minutes long.
Cheers m'dears

Posted: Hmmm, off the top of my head, I could suggest Chemirani Trio's Trio du Zarb, but it might not be tribal enough for you (bloody good drumming, though). I've also got "Drums of death" which is a Ghanaian ritual drumming thing - quite full on and in your face. Possibly something on Mickey Hart's Planet Drum. Depends a bit whether you want "Full Power" banging tribal stuff, or low and mesmeric...
If any of those appeal, pm me and i can find a way to get them to you (but obviously not sharing music over the internet, because that would be bad )

Posted: Nothing too mesmeric - it's for the climax/finalé so something quite grrrr would be good
