I'm grateful for:

That my ancestors survived and bred. Basically the whole of human evolution has come down to ME!
That for all our bitching and moaning about how hard we have it, we don't have to fight off cave bears to live.
That I've never had to hold a gun.
That my parents are good people.
That my body does what I ask it to, when I ask it to.

There is a slight possibility that I am not actually right all of the time.

I am grateful for my life and everyday that I am alive to live it and enjoy it.
I am grateful that I have a family who loves, supports and encourages me even through my hardest times in life.
I am grateful for the hard times in my life cause as bad as they may be they make me the strong person that I am today.
I am grateful for my pet birds who fill my life with music and respect and trust me only for the fact that I feed them.
I am grateful for the few friends that I have...I love them all even though it may not seem it at times.

I am grateful that I can see, hear, touch, taste all the things that I would like to.

I am grateful for everything in my life no matter how big or small it maybe.

I see trees of green, red roses too
I see them bloom for me and you
And I think to myself, what a wonderful world

I see skies of blue and clouds of white
The bright blessed day, the dark sacred night
And I think to myself, what a wonderful world

The colours of the rainbow, so pretty in the sky
Are also on the faces of people going by
I see friends shakin' hands, sayin' "How do you do?"
They're really saying "I love you"

I hear babies cryin', I watch them grow
They'll learn much more than I'll ever know
And I think to myself, what a wonderful world
Yes, I think to myself, what a wonderful world

Oh yeah

I'm grateful for

- a nice well made cup of tea

- the fact I only failed one module

- my friends who have been absolute angels and have put up with a hell of a lot of abuse and punches from me and know exactly when to call an ambulance or not.

- Harvey Nicks as they sell cheapish oreo cookies

- my loving family

- soft floor coverings

- it not being cancer

- beer

- people who despite not really knowing me will take care of me and not think differently of me if I suddenly hit the deck.

- hugs, lots and lots of hugs.

- lovely ambulance workers who take so much censored from people every day and yet still try their hardest to help people.

I'm not grateful for

- the module I failed

- high concrete steps

- having to take it easy which means only being able to play with my poi for a short time.

There's quite a few other things but I'm not going to go into them as the list may never end

One day i'll learn to resist gravity...
