ok, I'm new to the terms of staff spinning.......I hve been spinning rifles for about two years..........but anyway, what is a contact spinning, i know that it is a stupid question, but I would like to know.
And did they get you to trade your heroes for ghosts?
Hot ashes for trees?
Hot air for a cool breeze? Cold comfort for change?
And did you exchange a walk on part in the war
for a lead role in a cage?

you'll find pretty threads like: [Old link] and [Old link]
amongst others
but simplistically contact spinning is where you are not holding the staff/rifle and it rolls/wraps/slides/bounces/otherwise wanders about other parts of your body
e.g. rolling the object over the back of your hand or wrapping it around your neck
