You're talking to a swimmer. cool

I play with fire, but water is my element. Swimming isn't exercise; it's dance, it's flight, it's meditation, it's peace. The water supports me, it challenges me, it roars in my ears as each stroke launches me forward. Water flows in my veins.

Water is an amazing Element. biggrin

and rain is good too. Rain is the thing that makes me feel like i'm at home, even in the middle of smelly london.

I had a dream that my friend had a

it was the book of my dreams.

Speaking of frolicing in the rain....

I just got caught out in an amazing summer downpour. Got drenched to the skin in lovely warm rain. Really made me laugh seeing all the people huddled in doorways looking miserable as I turned up my stereo and danced about in it! biggrin

I think I convinced a lot of people I am officially crazy when I was leaving a shop and someone said "you're not going out in weather like that" to which I smiled a huge smile and answered "hell yeah, this is my favourite weather" and ran out into it!

You gotta love the summer storms, it's such a feel good type of weather! biggrin ubblol

I live in Cornwall, and as such I am never more than about 20 minutes away from the sea!!

I have always lived near the coast, and I find it very peaceful and comforting to have something so powerful so close to me, especially so when its stormy and wild!

I can't imagine living in a place where I was unable to go to the beach and sit, contemplating life, it really puts things into perspective!

i dont live anywhere near the sea, in fact i couldnt live much further away from it in the uk so i guess when i do go to the seaside it makes me appreciate it all the more, i love seeing the curvature of the earth at sea, it really brings home just where we are and when i stare at the sky when there are just a few of those big white fluffy clouds and think that the blueness i can see is the boundry of our world it kinda brings on a whole new meaning to everyday existence.
rain is good too, it feeds the earth and makes it grow, the moments just before a storm when u can feel the pressure in the air and then after when things feel so fresh and clear is so refreshing, the earth is such a wonderfull place and we are lucky to live here. eek

everything is just a figment of my imagination
