Right click the SWF file and choose Open With... Then choose Internet Explorer from the program list. If you have Flash Player installed, it should open.
As for the tutorial itself, a few suggestions:
Make the poi different colors. Its hard to tell which poi is which at certain times, specially in moves like the crossover. I would also color the hands in conjunction with the poi so its easier to decipher which hand belongs to which poi.
If you are planning on adding more to your tutorial, I suggest working more on the graphics before you move on. Right now, the graphics can get the point across, but it would still probably be really hard to understand for someone who is completely new.
Lastly, just wanted to mention that the "corkscrew" you have in the tutorial is actually a "windmill" The corkscrew is the same but done horizontally.

I got XP but my right click doesn't have "open with" just open/open in new window/save target as but I'm sure I used to have it.

hmm i like, is there plans for more moves in the next bunch?
would it be possle to have one read and one blue so you can see differnet paths better, it shouldnt be that hard to change teh colour, you could just update the libry with an bject of the same name, diff colour?

Was pretty cool though nice 1. Like everyone else ima throw u my 2 cents...u should name that "windmill" 2bt, and throw in a 3bt if u ever get time, thought im sure most people could work it out from your weave example

damn I have no time to work on this now coz somebody has my flash CD : o( BUT I got my hands on Cinema 4D and am seriously thinking of making some of those clips 3d..: o)) tho that will take ages to learn.. 3d animation is HARD!!
