Posted:There was a beer ad on a while ago for Molson Canadian beer (Which in my opinion happens to be one of the best canadian or american beers) but it was called Joe Canada, or the rant, where this guy gets on stage to rant against all the canadian stereotypes, and here it is:

Hey, I'm not a lumberjack, or a fur trader....
I don't live in an igloo or eat blubber, or own a dogsled....
and I don't know Jimmy, Sally or Suzy from Canada,
although I'm certain they're really really nice.

I have a Prime Minister, not a president.
I speak English and French, not American.
And I pronounce it 'about', not 'a boot'.

I can proudly sew my country's flag on my backpack.
I believe in peace keeping, not policing,
diversity, not assimilation,
and that the beaver is a truly proud and noble animal.
A toque is a hat, a chesterfield is a couch,
and it is pronounced 'zed' not 'zee', 'zed' !!!!

Canada is the second largest landmass!
The first nation of hockey!
and the best part of North America

My name is Joe!!
And I am Canadian!!!

hehe and that my friends is what canada really is...

Posted:2nd largest landmass? Nonsense. It's stuck to the Americas. Sorry to be picky, but isn't Canada a large land mass because it's attached to North America which is, in turn, stuck to South America?

Used to be called Pangea til bits of it floated away (or drifted away in a continental drifty fashion).

It's like calling Africa and Europe different continents when they're blatantly stuck together.

Just cos some explorers and a few over zealous government officials call them different countries doesn't mean they're not attached.

You're never gonna get world unity when you're still applying world boundaries.
