Why is it that everthing which is fun is illegal, immoral, or fattening?

You sure that's a valid site?

The website address is different to the offical one - plus there's some differences with the security certificate

There are some other differences too - their ticket prices is £115 - not £114, plus they say they accept Solo - which offical pages say they don't

I'd be wary - seems like it could be a cunning scam

Don't know, but it points to a wayahead server and aloud.com (offical sellers) are a different name for wayahead.

It's a feeder server for the aloud.com website. I and a good number of friends (one of whom I got the link from) have all used it and it does link to the aloud.com page and I've had a confirmation email from my order from the aloud.com site, so I don't think it's a fake. Like someone said, way-ahead is just another name for aloud.com

Having said all that, the connection has slowed right down now so I guess this link has been doing the rounds as well....

Seems like they've had to put another server online to cope with the load - however secure server certificates take ages and ages to set up because you've got to wait for Verisign, so they're using their www subdomain certificate as authentication.

Yay! Glad everyone is getting sorted.

Just read on the BBC website that the ticket ordering site got hit 2 MILLION times in the hour leading up to 8pm last night! No wonder it fell over!

Trouble being I've got tickets but none of my mates have *sigh*

I think there'll be a load more flooding back into Aloud as other people get into this situation - i.e. only 2 people out of 10 actually got tickets...

Hopefully smile

well, i'm the opposite, all my mates have managed to get tickets but not me, so I am hoping there'll be returns.

Finally got through to the website (thanks for the freya link, btw) to be told time and again (ie I kept pressing the ticket button!) that there aren't enough tickets to cover my order *sigh* I guess that means their sold out.

Doesn't say so on the glasto website, and the phones are still engaged, so I'll keep pressing the button, but has anyone got the same message??

There probly not sold out. Think you got a few hours left. I was getting that all night last night. 13 hours of "there aren't enough tickets to cover your order"

Funny that as i managed to get some 8 hours later. biggrin

All i can suggest is keep going and listen to the radio if you can. they seem to have a better idea of how many tickets they got left. I got mine bout half 1 and the guy said they had sold 75,000 of 105,000 on offer.

Good luck peace
