THE BASICS OF POI SPINNING
3 Saturdays: 13, 20 + 27th of march
1:00pm - 2:30pm
$20 per class ($5 discount if you also join the staff class)
@ The Space dance & arts centre.
Upstairs, the corner of chapel street & carlton street, prahran
The course will contain:
* basic tricks (more advanced for the experienced & quick learners)
Synch/split time, the weave, the butterfly, turns,
Backwards weave, the fountain, thread the needle, and a few stops + stalls.
* putting tricks together in motion
* creating body movement
* how to go on
Limited to 10 students.
