chocolate syrup, butter, and whipped cream

I missed pancake Tuesday... frown (it's now Wednesday morning in Australia) I don't eat any refined sugars or carbs...

However, back in the good old days, I used to eat my pancakes with golden syrup, lemon juice and ice cream. YUM!!

Have a pancake for me, yeah?

I didn't know there was such a thing as pancake day! I guess I missed it. Luckily EVERY DAY can be pancake day!

I like mine with butter and maple syrup from Vermont. I used to like the maple syrup on the side so I could dip but lately I've been enjoying them kinda soggy.

Pancakes or French Toast....that's always the diner dilemma for me.
