Zblizenia, which was going to be the week before graz is now the same time as the EJC frown They're doing an ethnographic expedition in the week between graz and EJC, so I might try and go to that, then back for juggling.

Don't know. Confused, and a bit bummed frown confused

But I'm sure it'll work out alright somehow...

Sorry guys...even though i started this thread..it appears that due to total and unequivocal lack of funds, i wont be making it to the EJC. frown

You will probably have a better time now anyway wink

Can someone pleasepleaseplasepleaseplase hug Robert Heart and say its from someone he doesnt know. I will pay for any mediacl expenses arrising from the hugging. NO...im being 100% serious. Someone hug him from me. Hopefully it will counterbalance all the bad [censored] people have been saying about him and altering other peoples perceptions of a man they have never met. But this is neither the time or the place to discuss it. But someone PLEASE hug him for me.

I've not been to EJC (or any other JCs) before, and due to vacation time constraints, I'm only going to be able to make one weekend of the EJC (if I can make it at all). So clearly that means I should go the last weekend for the show and full moon party since there doesn't seem to be much going on the first weekend.

my question is, is it going to be worth such a short time there (part of friday and saturday I guess) given the expense of getting there (which is going to be a couple hundred € coming in my girlfriends car from Berlin)? Not exactly cheap, even though I can get away with only paying 30€ each for us to get in the last couple day (apparently). I know many of you are paying much more than that (e.g. NYC), but that is for the whole week I assume. But are the last day and a half enough to justify the cost?

Opinions please.

No.

I'd love nothing more than to see you but it really is about the whole week of goodness. By the last days most people are just lyling about giving hugs anyway. Most of the quality juggling is done earlier in the week before people get distracted by shagging...er I mean other toys.

If I could only make the last two days, I don't think I'd go.

But that's just me.

Save your money for next year and come the whole week. biggrin

Well, shall we go?

ME ! (If anyone is interested)

But more important: How do you do it with sleeping there. Are there common tents or does one have to bring his own for camping. Just read something about Hotels and Guesthouses but I would prefer staying close to the site. Any tips ??

thx in advance

Andy! Excellent!

Take your own tent. Potentially you could just pass out in the practice halls, but you'd have to get used to sleeping whilst juggling props are continously dropped around you 24 hours a day - and I only know of one person who can adequately pass out in such circumstances (step forward and bow, Mr Luke Burrage)
