hmm.

wrapping the poi together sounds like tangles to me which probably means some sort of hyperloop or airwrap, which if you search for you will find lots of detailed explanation.

Matthew BM was doing them in kent with his ropes?
If its what i'm thinking of then yep, they looked cool! I think they were some sort of air wrap- send him a pm and ask.
Oh yeah, is he coming to kent? If so, he could teach you then.

They're called airwraps or hyperloops depending on who you ask... quite easy to do if you just stop thinking and let them do their own thing after they tangle, seems to work out itself for the most part. Some of the crazy TTN and BTB and UTL variations make my mind go to mush.
