I'm planning to fly across the country in a couple months, and know a bunch of poi and staff spinners who travel a lot. Does anyone know of the regulations on airplane travel with burned poi? They obviously still smell like fuel... Maybe sealing in a zip-loc bag would do it? Should I just mail them ahead (not always an option)...
Cheers-

Ì just put them in checked in luggage.
Don't bank on it though.
There's been loads of threads on this though if you do a search, I'm sure you'll come up with loads of stuff....

I'm flying today with my toys. I am putting them in checked baggage in a tupperware container ... should work fine.

Do you seperate your chains from your heads?

I wouldn't want some over-egar airport security guard pull the whole mass aside thinking it was a weapon!?! rolleyes

Yesterday I thought I could not.
Today I am certain I can.

weapons are perfectly legal in checked baggage where noone can do any harm with them. the problem would be if you tried to take them ON to the plane and they thought they were weapons.

i fly with my rifle ... they just want it to be unloaded wink
