hello all!!boy it is good to be back. i had an amazing time in vegas. it is a great place to visit, but 3 weeks is just way too long.the best part about my trip, and i know it has been discussed before, was seeing the 2 cirque du soleil shows. amazing.the costumes were incredible, the dancing was marvelous, and the feets of gymnastics and training was awesome. i am completely inspired...i met a couple of fire breathers at a local club there. and i spun some glowsticks. i wasnt really ready to do that, my buddy had not seen me spin before and he bought me some glowsticks. i had no strings though, so of course i took off my shoelaces. i went out and played around for a while and i had a blast. the young lady that was the safety for 5the fire breather came up to me and said she also did poi and wanted to get together. alas i did not hear from them. oh well.i got some really great pictures of a show i did just after christmas. if anyone wants to see them, just e-mail me.has anyone else found that the pure flame 3 piece staff is just way too light? i had to take the ends off and attach them to a 5 foot conduit to make it how i liked it.well just my ranting, just wanted to say hello to everyone again...

pozee...welcome back. Cirque is amazing, no doubt!I thought the 3 piece was really heavy compared to what I was used to! did i win anything? yep, i won 3 brand new razor scooters for about 20 dollars. i got really good at one of those carnival games at the excalibur, so i got a scooter for me, my neice and my god baby...as far as money goes, of course not. but oh well...

Hey Pozee glad to hear you enjoyed the bright lights of Vegas, I really wanna visit Vegas, inspired by the book Fear & Loathing, I imagine it to be a hell of a place to drop a Hoffman. I got the 3 piece staff, but found the connecting peices made it really dificult to use..but that's my opion as a newby stafferM:-)~

I liked the old style casino's about Fremont Street (?), pure gambling, no shows. Some of those strip hotels were just insane! Unfortunately there were no Cirque shows there at that time
