Not good point. Cooking for one is really difficult unless you want to eat the same leftovers for a week, and even if you stock the freezer you still get over it.

Posted:yeah, i always cook heaps more food than the amount required.. even when cooking for multiple people.. in germany recently, i said 'ok, we'll go easy on it.. im only feeding 3 people'.. well.. it fed us, then the other two for the next 3 days grin

that said.. when im cooking out of a can, i rock at cooking enough for one person wink
