i love being single i can be myself. So many men have tryed to control me and i end up being some one im not and it makes me really deprest. i love being crazy and doing crazy things then a man will come along and love me for being me but then over time it changes. eg get me a suit and try to get me to go out to a club like it then go totaly mad when i turn up with pink hair agen and a sexy out fit. i am who i am. i am sure there will be a guy out there who is just as nice and crazy as me but until then i am happy the way i am.

to many people rush in to relationships becouse they are worried about being on there own. if you wait and stay single you are more likely to fined out who you are and what you want and end up with the right person. and never go out with a rebound been there done that got a really messy t shirt.

I agree, rebounds are messy. And the best always come when you aren't looking.

my last rebound was with a friend that i hardly ever see witch is good becouse we dont see each other enough to get attatched. The worst was when i rebounded with a guy i didnt like thinking i wouldnt get attatched but he did and tryed so hard that i felt bad and went out with him even thow i knew he was a bad person. Never ever do this its stupid and ends in tears. if you are gonna rebound do it with some one who wont get hurt and you hardly ever see and never get attatched. Then you can wait for the right person to come along.

aww, who am i kidding! i miss being in a relationship. the whole niceness of it all, the badness, all of it. you know people keep saying "dont look for it, it happens when you aren't thinking about it" but i haven't been looking for over a year, surely something should've happened by now?!? frown

This thread pretty much covers it all (as well as a few others around). Try not to double up on topics so much as it causes conflict (and takes up bandwith...but that's another story!)

love only comes when you dont expect it you cant look for love it finds you.the last time i really fell in love was when i went next door to get a hammer and shaved the head of a drunk guy who fell asleep in the garden and the guy who helped me turned in to my bf. and its ok the drunk guy loved his new look apart from the glitter we sprayed on him.

true, you need to be around those you know, or meet new people. thats how i think it works with the whole 'dont look for it' because if you are having fun and enjoying yourself, that is seen as attractive. especially when your not being shy and giggly, confidence is good to see. well at least thats the impression i get.

I've been with my girlfriend for a long time, but I think I was initially drawn to her becasue she was somewhat shy and looked like she needed someone to talk to. Although she said it nice how confident I was in talking to her.

Confidence is nice, but over-confident is icky.

Don't mind me, just passing through.
