ok they have lil kids, song groups, athletes, and im sure after the weekend they will have the eng. rugby team on (swing low sweet choriot coming forth to carry me home!)

but i rekon from memery i dont think they have even had poi on, they may have had some circus skills on, but none like th eones we can muster between us!

so what do you rekon, should we approach the bbc and blue peter to see if we can get on, and spin our funky things, it would be soooooo cool!

if you have any doubts about this, think back to ur child hood, and then remebr how much you
(A) Always wanted a blue peter badge to be given to you, not just one you got for wirting in!

(B) How much you wnated to be on blue peter anyways!

i hate blue peter.....

although saying that, Anthia Turner used to do it for me.......... and that other one... Jesse? Jess? cant remember....... she was hot too.

did anyone watch the one where richard bacon had to apologise for getting caught with some chang? very funny...

maybe we, all the poiers from the board, should go to the Blue Peter studio and take it over, call it Poi Peter and just have things on poi and staff and twirling in general... yeah... i like that idea...

blue peter is a kids Tv program. kinda cheesy magazine style thing where the presenters do loads of 'crazy' stuff like parachuting and joining in with irish dancing ubbloco

I think its the longest running kids tv program in the world. been going since about 1834

I would love to be on Blue Peter. I almost made it once when I was a nun in the Sound of Music but we were dropped at the last minute, probably for a tap dancing dog in a tutu. I was gutted! ubbcrying

I would still love to get a Blue Peter badge so yeah I'd be up for it. weavesmiley

Blue Peter used to teach you how to make anything, just ANYTHING, out of a few empty toilet roll tubes, an empty bottle of fairy washing up liquid, and some glue....

nope. sticky-backed plastic is lamination for those with no laminator; a plastic sheet, sticky on one side, for covering things in a layer of plastic

Errr, not meanig to sound rude - but did anyone read my post?

They've already got us (Burnt Toast) arranged to appear and do a "Make Poi" session, short performance etc.

No dates as yet (other than it'll be on a Friday) but it'll be late winter-ish time (needs to be dark) and yes, we are going to get badges biggrin Hurrah
