Well, according to DSM-IV, ADD doesn't exist, there is just ADHD with primarily inattentive type, primarily hyperactive/impulsive type, and combined type.
So ADHD.

I'm gonna answer both: I can't imagine not having ADHD. Life would be so...boring! I love having it. Losing it would be to lose a part of me, like my sense of humor.
And I've tried kangaroo and it was actually pretty good.
