I'll say Zyrtec cuz I haven't tried it yet, so it may work, but allegra does nothing for my allergies (neither do claritin or flonase, but nasacort AQ is loverly).

Tylenol is plenty safe if you consume fewer than 3 alcoholic beverages on average per day. And don't take Tylenol after a major bender of a drinking binge.

(oh and bubblishis....i don't think they do make the patch in dark colors, but it's not meant to blend with the skin....they recommend putting it in places that aren't usually visible anyhow)
