Well, I have dropped my staff once to often, so where in SD can I get it put back into shape? Well, in like 2 1/2 months when I get back hehe.

You could go to the hardware store and pick up a pipe bender. I think you can get one for around $10. I know a couple of people who have had good success straightening staffs with those.

Personally I havent even heard of one for $10, all I know of is those big arse machine type things. Anyhoo thank you for the tip I will definatly have something to look for now.

My knowledge of metals is limited to wire for my chainmaile. So I am in serius need of someone that knows their stuff. SickPuppy, I hope that my last post didnt come off as rude or sarcastic, I think it might have and it definatly wasnt meant that way.

Yes, Cantus, I do in fact work with metals for a living.

And I didn't take any offense, Ray. So no worries.

The pipe bender thing I'm speaking of is a basicly a reinforced semi-circle with a channel to fit the pipe. Attached to the concave side is a round fitting to put in any length handle for your desrired leverage. It also has degrees marked out on the side so you have a referance as to how far you're bending the pipe. So basicly you set your pipe on the ground, slide the bender on, step on the pipeand pull back on the handle. I would Imagine that it is a little more difficult to straigthen something with it, but it should work for what you need, I think.
