Poi or staff, I can show you poi, but not staff, come to Monday night twirl at south bank, and bring your practice gear , no fire , just play .

I can't hear you... I have a banana in my ear.

Once again it is something that you need to start with just one poi.

The BTB is a lot easier to start to learn in the reverse swing. The hand movements are very similar to the normal weave but you have to remember you are passing your hands behind your back (doing one circle on the same side and then 2 on the other side).

After a lot of practice and bruised legs, back of head etc I have just managed to crack it myself

It will definately feel very awkward at first because you are stretching your arms in a way that they dont really want to go!

I found that when I got my UV tailed poi through from the shop it made it a little easier to learn as I could see the tails and it tells me where I am going wrong and gives me a good idea of where the poi are. (this is sometimes a little difficult without tails as they are behind the back )

The only other bit of advice I would give you is to find someone that can do it and watch them as it will help no end.

Good Luck,

Mark
