When you do the alternate butterfly on its own or in combination one poi is spinning forwards and one poi backwards. You are constantly swapping the way they rotate. I hope this makes sense....

I just do the weave really fast.

A good deal of growr, some grr and quite a bit of snarl, spit and some biting. just a regular day at the office.

I think he's talking about multiple poi. Like having 2 pairs (4) or 4 pairs (8) instead of only one weaving around.

And the answer is yes. Just get your wrist reeeeeeeeeeeeely flexible

ever consider learning the butterfly weave, Burns? i've only seen it once, but it's wicked.. i'm still working on getting the butterfly to cross over to the other side of my body..
