Posted: Any of the circles of light videos should be a good start. They all contain different stuff, so it would be hard to go wrong. When it comes to moves, they all have something different and good to offer.
I read some of the poi book that malcolm sells, it is very illuminating. I would recomend it highly for seeing a wide range of moves listed and put into picture form. It helped me see what a lot of the people are talking about in the poi moves section. SOme of the terminology can be a bit confusing, but the poi book helps a lot for learning off this web site.
