Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh fire diabloing, a bane and a boon, unfortunately many of your tricks will look crap due to the fact you can't really see the sticks and string at night, you could try painting the sticks and even lightinh the string (its just really thin wick man, It was funny when the string broke and sent my fire diablo arcinh into a river, oh yes it was funny)

Really you should extend your string and go for the big arcing tricks etc, and throwing it is the most impressive thing, damn scary tho, anyway good luck.

The problem with fire diabolos is that using only one doesnt look to impressive... But almost all tricks with two look great... and purchesing firediabolos is f*cking expenssive!!!

but btw... orbits with one burnin diabolo is the nicest tricks u can do... unless u have burin sitcks, if u do thn suecides r grrrreat!!!
One more thing, does anyone know how to make ur own firediabolos!!?!?

How the HELL do you have burning sticks??!??!!?!?

I've come up with a few ideas but they all involve wrapping wick around the stick, and then it gets in the way of suicides, surely???

Only if your not carful. ive done it but couldnt get a photo cause the camera runs batteries down in seconds. It does add a whole new level to fire diabolo tho. worth the burns.

hey guys i just bought a fire diablo but am unsure what fuel is best to use...anyone have any ideas?

hey guys. ive got a fire diabolo (only the one) and have to agree that most tricks you can do wont look great. its best to perform at dusk or somewhere with a street lamp. suicudes arent really that great cos noone can see your sticks and its pretty hard to see the damm things if its too dark. tricks are harder with fire diabolos due to their weight and the fact that they REALLY hurt!!
tricks that people like with one diabolo tend to be:
putting the string around your neck and doing hops.
doing hops over arms and spins (like monorails) and wraps
under the leg is good along with tennis under the legs and alternating around the legs etc.
basically most combos where the diabolo moves around you
dont bother with knots

I know a guy who did fire diabolo in Cirque Du Soleil, named Mitch Head, amazing guy. Do you know the elevator? lol.
