Posted: Would wearing wrist straps help prevent tendonitis or pains in the writst joint? Or would it just inhibit movement and flexibility?------------------Long Live Rebel Music!
Posted: Whether or not wrist straps will help depends on a few things. If it is simply repetitive motion that is causing the pain, then probobly not. But wrist straps will greatly reduce strain caused by the weight of whatever you're spinning. Instead of moving all the wieght with the small muscles in your hands and wrists, most of the weight is supported by the larger muscles of your arms.------------------If you love something, set it on fire.

Posted: Instead of straps, I suggest you try taping your wrists with a couple layers of duct tape. I do so before a performance, but not before a workout.Maximus
