Are they green in the sense that the yellow ones are yellow?

i.e. yellow case but red LEDs

Or do they actually have green LEDs?

Green ball, green LEDs

Could be wrong but I think the colour green requires a higher voltage battery.

Red tends to be the brightest colour LED for the lowest draw from the battery - so to get an equiverlant brightness from a green LED you need a better quality (ie a "super bright") LED that will generally need a larger voltage and cost more - so there you have it - LEDs cost more so beemers cost more

What i realy want is blue ones (but they cost a load more for the LEDs )

yo,

would this be a good place to promote aerotech balls? *much* more expensive but you get what you pay for, two programmable colours and the whole ball glows rather than just some little lights on it. just as dangerous so dont wory about that.

Aerotech stuff is great, but a big plus for me with beamers is that they run off batteries which is great for festivals and other situations with no mains available.

and the batteries last for 32 hours of play which is great spin for a day and a half solid and you wont need to change batteries, i gotta get me some beamers, but i would go orange or red

The spin cycle on the washing machine does not make earth worms dizzy.
It will however make cats dizzy and cats throw up twice their bodyweight when dizzy.
