I'm sure there was a post on this a while ago, which I can't find now.. Does anyone know how to treat fabrics (including synthetics) to make them fireproof? Many thanks. XXOO

We use cloth flame retardant from these folks:
www.flameseal.com
They have different blends for synthetic and natural fiber material. It's odorless, colorless, and does not leave stain residue. It is effective, but is not impervious - it will not completely prevent a fabric from burning, but it will keep it from igniting from simple contact with open flame. Hope this helps.
