Not really sure if I have the answers for you, but I think that the weight ratio would tend to vary depending on the manufacturer.
Are you looking at a specific 'brand' of juggling torch, or are you wanting to make your own and therefore requiring this info?

actually, i don't really require this info anymore, because, i already made a set of juggling torches, this past weekend, they turned out really nice, a little long, but really nice. i got the wieght by taking a scale down to a local magic shop and weighing the juggling torches they were seeling

as would I, my friend made a set for practicing with until I got used to juggling things other then round objects but I might end up buying them only problem is, no money:P

making your own clubs is all well and good until you want to pass with other jugglers...then your home made clubs are going to be falling down a lot, and you will want to splash out on albatrosses or the like. I recommend giving into the urge to buy pro built clubs sooner rather than later.

Especially if you're going to be buying clubs, then fire torches...a set of 3,4 or maybe 5 of each (per person?) would cost you $100-$200 a person for one set then another $200ish for a set of fire ones...it gets to be fairly pricy fairly fast, especially if you're doing more than just juggling, props get expensive fast.
