confused Ok i can't get 3 of those to work as links and i have no idea why. frown I've tried reposting them about 5 different times in differing ways but to no avail. frownLooks like shoddy workmanship. I can only apologise for this lack lustre effort. Sorry.Just copy and paste them they'll work fine.

Just quick note (and i'm sure people will diagree with me but please read this regardless). There is NO way to firebreath safely. But there are ways to minimise the risks, both present (blowbacks, wind changes etc) and future (health problems).Note I am intepreting the word safely in it's literal sense, just as there is no way to drive car with 100% safety either (mechanical problems, road surface, other drivers etc). But be aware, as I'm sure the other threads will say, that SAFER is the worl for firebreathing, not SAFE itself.Take care, Carpe_Nox------------------Charles (INFERNO)newdolbel@hotmail.comhttps://juggling.co.nz

I tried editing one of them to get the space out in Cantus' thing and it didn't work. However, they are working now that I copied and pasted them here. It has something to do with the way the "URL" portion was written, literally. That is the only thing I edited once I moved it. *shrug* Who knew?Gotta check these out and see how shooting off at the mouth I was doing in them! winkhttps://www.homeofpoi.com/ubb/Forum7/HTML/000031.htmlhttps://www.homeofpoi.com/ubb/Forum7/HTML/000032.htmlhttps://www.homeofpoi.com/ubb/Forum7/HTML/000338.html------------------Pele Higher, higher burning fire...making music like a choir...https://www.pyromorph.com[This message has been edited by Pele (edited 14 December 2001).]

Unfortunately, there is no way at all to breathe safely, what you are doing is inherantly dangerous!!! As was previously mentioned, you can only be safer, not safe!Be very aware of the circumstances surrounding the breathe, including: your audience and their positioning, the wind and the way it is blowing (towards you/towards your audience), what you are wearing, your hair, your fuel area, your frame of mind (alcohol and drugs dramatically affect your judgement!!!!) The List goes on...Probably the best way is to find somebody who can already breathe competently, get them to run you through it with water and a stick to start, and then on to small amounts of fuel with a torch. Once youve mastered the basic breathe, it is just a matter of time and practice before you become more proficient at it.I hope it all goes well!

Life is an adventure, live it as such!

Cantus Love, you did fantastic, I mean you saved poor unsuspecting carpe-nox from a mod whipping! wink You know me and this topic, it can get pretty messy! We all need a little help sometime, and I thank you for yours.::blowing Cantus a kiss::BTW Carpe..good BASIC instructions (he leaves out some stuff imho) is mephisto. Check him out at www.fyretr.comKeep in mind that the site is designed that you have to click through the whole thing to get what you want, which is smart when dealing with something so Dangerous.Which reminds me, I :bowing head in shame: didn't see which posts Cantus put up but before you start breathing please look up the thread about Dangerboy Hospitalized in the Social Section. This will give you a good idea what can go badly, even with experience and caution. Very enlightening.------------------Pele Higher, higher burning fire...making music like a choir...https://www.pyromorph.com
