Can someone please explain to me, how i can hookup small lights to batteries with a on/off switch aswell, what do i need to buyand how do i do it.I know a few of you have done this before with christmas lights but its never been explained how.Thanks

It's a simple circuit.The light has a positive and a neg end,, so pos wire---switch----battery-----neg wireJust gotta know what the lights can handleFor instance, CHRISTMAS LIGHTS----- if you cut down a strand that would normally be plugged into the wall. A 9V battery can power about 4 of em at good brightness.But if you attach an LED to a 9V you'll burn it out as soon as you turn it on,,,LEDs usually use 6Volts. For wiring you can actually just use the christmas light wire.
