Absolute chaos out here. Usually when you see stuff on the news it's blown out of proportion. This is the real deal. No traffic in or out of the city and everything's on lock down. I'm trapped up here in the suburbs thankfully. Surely won't get home tonight. Thank goodness for email as that's the only way to contact anyone. The ground phonelines and cell phones are all jammed up.My family is fine, my students are fine, but many of their parents work in Midtown and in the World Trade Center. It's gonna be a tough week.Thanks for the thoughts. This was my 5 minute break, now I gotta go be a role model to some hysterical kids.

Luckily i'm not in the city,, how ever one of my neighbors brothers was supposedly trapped under a truck at the WTC.This is complete bullshit.I am officially pissed off,,,, plus really fuckin scared. Never thought i'd live to see the day when terrorists took out the twin towers.Prayers to everyone else in NYC. and thank you to all the people who posted/will post here from the UK or where ever they might be.

Hey NYC..my heart goes out ot your kids...And I am beyond relieved you are well.Has anyone heard from Flambe Volupte? I am hoping they are all together as well.And Super, unless N8 and GFM are in school in NYC, they should be fine. N8 and i are fine. my sister is in school in manhattan. we received a call from here saying she's ok and is being kept in the building with the rest of the students. so if any of you have family going to school down there they are most likely ok. if any of you are interested in helping you can give blood, they do need it. call 1-800-GIFE-LIFE. or go to your local red cross. my prayer goes out to all families.------------------the music feeds my soul that glows and grows with every spin i take.

its a little comforting to see people fropm the area responding. This is a serious wakeup call. we had some ass back in the shop make a joke about this...i gave him a fucking ear full. Im quick to make a joke about something to numb the sting, butt somethings you just have to leave be.I have friends (from the board and that had relocated to NY) and i have some family that live in the area as well. Someone had to make me leave cause i was fuming and dropping every cuss word i knew on him...
