I'm part of a troupe from Saskatchewan, and we trying to organize a tour this summer, but most festivals we want to spin at won't hire us without insurance. I've looked into insurance a little but wanted some stories/info from some other fire dancers/troupes. well, thanks.

Just wanted to say I sympathise, Oz public liability is a current political hot potato with costs balloning up to 4000% !!! It's necessary when performing in public and being paid to do so, events management don't want the responsibility so it's up to us. Good luck.
