Cheers to anyone who made it on Wednesday, as it was the wettest da/night on record for Melbourne.

I'm not sure of the protocol for this, so I'm just going to sneak this in here. I's a long shot, but I was wondering if anyone was looking for a room to rent in Ringwood. We had someone lined up to move in, but they piked at the last minuet and the person leaving does not relish the idea of paying two lots of rent.

Just PM me or email

Thanks

Frank

re: the st kilda festival spin sessions are there if you can find them.
at the beach behind the sea baths have been the largest gatherings late at night, with the park beside luna park being host to smaller sessions.

A lot of twirlers are into psytrance and will be attending the big free doof held by EC (it'll feature Loopus in Fabula!!) so methinks there'll be day twirlage.

A warning to younger doofers: there is an abundance of disgustingly violent/lewd behaviour at this street festival is the last 2 years.. i would urge youse to come not alone....

Well i finally got down to a sunday night twirl and it was as much fun as i remembered it being. Except for all the Mozzies that were attacking us all night long.

So what i've worked out is that i finish work at 5:30 on sunday and i can go straight from work and get into the city by 7:00 to start twirling. So it looks like i can be down there most sunday from now on.

Wednesday's im still trying to workout though. Thats a normal MTB riding night for me. But if i make the group ride in the city then i can drop by afterwards.

So I'll see ya all next sunday i hope.

there is an excellent, effective, natural mozzie repellant in a roll-on thingy cheaply available from the organic food store next to 'soul foods' on smith st, collingwood.
the karma, though from all those fried mozzies from wednesday night twirlage will be harder to solve...

I'll be there, although i'm not much of a hopper yet, people usually start turning up at 8:30-9ish and numbers begin to drop off when public transport ends, usually after 11:30.
