Ive been hearing alot about a fountain lately but i dont know exactly what it is. i have searched on this site several times for a clear deffinition or move description but i have yet to find one. So ne one out there that could help me out with a move description and maybe some move instruction/tips for the fountain please do me a favor and help me out here.

Fountain is a weave that goes from forward to reverse and back again in wall plane. There are 12 beats in the basic fountain.
Basically all you gotta do is a forward weave with your body turned 90 degrees so youre doing it on one side (in front and back of you). Then turn it to reverse (other side of your body). When you do this, do it in a circular motion around your body, going low then going high during the turns.

Fountain:
is cross follow(*see footnote below) to reverse cross follow in the wall plane taken high in front of the face (rev to fwd) and low( fwd to rev) as it comes in front of you.
The tricky bit is to spread all the little circles really neatly and evenly around a big circle.
If you think it has a windmill in, then sorry that’s entirely my fault.
There are 5 little circles and 1 big one chopped up into little bits with each poi. (Although almost every description you see of this move will have the number of circles counted wrong)
Good video of this on the gandini’s site, spun really cleanly, but the numbering is wrong!!

better than a fountain Is an:
Extended fountain
Add in a windmill behind the head as it goes up to you head
So its cross follow to (low transition)
reverse cross follow (up the the shoulders)
windmill
back to cross follow
that’s got to be something like 7 little circles and 1 big one chopped up into little bits with each poi.

A windmill isn't just a weave in front and behind your body it is a chase the sun in split beat... pretty much a mexican wave but with both poi going in the same direction. So go from forwards weave in wheel plane, to reverse weave in wheel plane, to windmill, to forwards weave in wheel plane, to reverse weave in wheel plane...
