Posted: wow that's hella cool! remember to stretch muchly, or you'll be twice as likely to injure yourself! if you do a search, there's been instructions on how to perform aerials n stuff - and alot of talk about twirling with the ginga.
Posted: yeah i have read a lot about learning how to do aerials...but i still can't...i can barely do a one handed cartwheel, hehe...i'll have to check out that stugg about spining in the ginga...there are a few really good capoiera kids in the fire group here, but i rarely spin with them...i do need to start stretching though i'm always sore now that i'm up on my hands all the time
